Speeed is a free internet speed-test and network-diagnostics service. This page explains what we process and why.

What we process

• Your IP address — read from the request to run the speed test, display it to you, and estimate your approximate location and ISP. Approximate geolocation is obtained from the third-party service ip-api.com.
• Measurement data — transient download/upload/latency values are computed in your browser and are not stored by us.
• Network tools — when you run ping, traceroute or the DNS checker, the host/IP you enter is sent to our server to perform the query.
• Analytics — if enabled, we use Google Analytics (cookies / device identifiers) to understand aggregate usage. You can block cookies in your browser.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not create advertising profiles. We do not require registration.

Third parties

ip-api.com (geolocation), Google Analytics (if enabled), and our hosting provider. Public DNS resolvers are queried for the DNS propagation tool.

Your rights

You may contact us to request information or deletion of any data associated with your requests.
